Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

Skinful offers standard shipping within the United States with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. International shipping is not currently available.

Skinful accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products, with a valid proof of purchase. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Skinful will provide a full refund or exchange. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Skinful does not accept returns for gift cards or final sale items.
